These Terms of Use (the "Agreement") are a contract between you and Zeus Chrome Extension ("Zeus") and govern your access to and use of the Zeus browser extension, the ZeusClub website located at https://zeusclub.nl and all other Zeus-branded websites (each, a "Website"), and other software applications and online services provided by Zeus (collectively, the "Service").
By using any portion of the Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement. This Agreement applies to you regardless of whether you are a "Member" (which means you have created an account with Zeus) or are a "Visitor" (which means that you are using the Service but have not created an account with Zeus). The terms "you" or "User" refers to a Visitor or a Member. The terms "we" or "our" refers to Zeus. You must be an individual and at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state or country of residence, to use the Service. You may not use the Service or accept this Agreement if you are not of a legal age and able and competent to form a binding contract with Zeus. If you use the Service, you represent that you have the capacity to be bound by this Agreement. The Service is for personal, non-commercial use. You agree that you are not using the Service for or on behalf of any third-party or for any commercial purpose.
Zeus may modify this Agreement from time to time. Any and all changes to this Agreement will be posted on https://zeusclub.notion.site/Terms-of-Use-02876c137ab546db8a56ca0b486c36f9, and will be effective at the time of posting, unless otherwise noted. If our changes reduce your rights or increase your responsibilities, we will provide a notice to you of at least 30 days (by email and/or by way of other reasonable means, such as by posting notice of the changes on our Website). In addition, the Agreement will always indicate the date it was last revised.
By continuing to use our services after any changes to this Agreement take effect, you agree to be bound by those changes. If you do not agree to the changes, you are free to exercise your right to stop using the Service and terminate this Agreement.
The Service is subject to Zeus privacy and data protection practices (our "Privacy Policy"). Please read Zeus Privacy Policy found at https://zeusclub.notion.site/Privacy-Policy-2bc1cab5183b40b18f8da5186fb0bbe6. Our Privacy Policy explains how Zeus collects, uses and shares your information when you visit our Website, use the Zeus browser extension or otherwise access the Service.
If you provide any feedback or suggestions to Zeus regarding the Site or Zeus services, including without limitation in response to a survey (collectively, “Feedback”), Zeus may use such Feedback for any purpose. In order that we may incorporate such Feedback into Zeus Site and/or services, Zeus alone will own all right, title and interest, including all related intellectual property rights, in and to all such Feedback and you hereby assign such Feedback to Zeus free of charge.
By subscribing to a paying account for our services, you agree to pay the monthly or annual subscription fees. You subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it. You can cancel it at any time by contacting us, and this will be effective for the next period of your subscription. Any invoice emitted is due and we do not provide any refund. Zeus reserves the right to change subscriptions fees upon thirty (30) days prior written notice to you. Zeus reserves the right to cancel a Subscription at any time.
The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. Zeus specifically disclaims any and all warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and any warranties arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade. We do not guarantee it will operate in an uninterrupted or error-free manner, and we will not be responsible for the results of any actions taken in reliance.
The information provided on Zeus is not a financial advice. The information displayed comes from your portfolio and calculated using our own methodology, and information should not be relied on the make investment decisions. You are responsible for your investments and Zeus could not be held responsive for any loss of your investments.
The Zeus is not intended to provide finance, tax, legal, insurance or investment advice, and nothing on the Zeus should be construed as an offer to sell, a solicitation of an offer to buy, or a recommendation for any security by Zeus or any third party. You alone are solely responsible for determining whether any investment, security or strategy, or any other product or service, is appropriate or suitable for you based on your investment objectives and personal and financial situation. NEITHER ZEUS NOR ITS AFFILIATES AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, SUPPLIERS, ADVERTISERS, AGENTS, SPONSORS, INFORMATION PROVIDERS NOR ANY OTHER THIRD PARTY INVOLVED IN OR RELATED TO THE MAKING OR COMPILING OF THE SERVICE ARE LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST SAVINGS OR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR OTHER DAMAGES UNDER ANY CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHER THEORY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING IN ANY WAY TO THE SITE AND/OR ANY CONTENT CONTAINED THEREIN, OR ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE USED OR PURCHASED THROUGH SERVICE. SUCH LIMITATION SHALL APPLY REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, EVEN IF SERVICE, ITS INFORMATION PROVIDERS, OR ANY OTHER THIRD PARTY INVOLVED IN OR RELATED TO THE MAKING OR COMPILING OF ANY PART OF THE SITE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF OR OTHERWISE MIGHT HAVE ANTICIPATED THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. YOUR SOLE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH THE SERVICE IS TO STOP USING IT. THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE MAXIMUM LIABILITY TO ZEUS FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, NEGLIGENCE), OR OTHERWISE) SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID TO US BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESS TO THE SERVICES, DURING THE PREVIOUS ONE (1) MONTH PRIOR TO BRINGING THE CLAIM.
